The goal of this trial was to evaluate three, five-plant blocks of 20 accessions, 20 breeding lines and a Feral SYN population from UC Davis for a suite of important agronomic and disease traits. Seeds were sown into 2-inch Jiffy pots on 12 May 2025 in a greenhouse and transplanted into irrigated raised beds at Wellington Zone 2. Spacing between plants was 0.46 m and 2.44 m between rows. Plants were observed weekly for sex, female and male flowering date, and senescence date. Plant photos, height and stem diameter were obtained on 8 August 2025 for all plants. Septoria cannabis spores were applied on 1, 8, and 25 July. Septoria leaf spot and powdery mildew disease severity ratings were taken on 11 November.
