Genomic information retrieved as part of a 6+9k SNP array in 2022. Traits assessed include powdery mildew susceptibility, bacterial canker susceptibility, S-locus for self incompatibility, Rf locus for color, PavCNR12 locus for fruit size, Pmr1 gene for powdery mildew resistance, q-Crack LG5 for fruit cracking on linkage group 5, and ALB-chr1 for the lethal recessive albanism allele. This study was done by researchers at WSU as part of a Prunus CGC-funded project.
