Upon reviewing the taxonomic assigment of this cultivar using the Flora of China key, it appears to belong in R. championii, not R. henryi [note the longer peduncles, number of bracteoles on each peduncle, higher number of stamens, more lateral vein pairs per leaf, etc.] -SBL2195722NA 89204
