Seeds had 51% viability on avg but phenology and viability varied wildly between discreet patches. Difficult to assess number of plants due to thickety nature of species. We estimate 3 stems per plant. Each stem has about 20 hips. Rose thickets take up cumulatively about 0.3 acres, dispersed over an approximately 400 acre area.
